Try dos risk-free for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your purchase, even if the pack is opened.

How to start a return

Email info@takedos.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm next steps within 1 to 2 business days. You don't need to ship opened packs back unless we ask.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account before the next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it falls under the standard 30-day guarantee rather than a pre-shipment cancellation.

Damaged or incorrect items

Shipping rates

Subscriptions always ship free within the United States. One-time orders qualify for free standard shipping; smaller add-on orders may show a calculated rate at checkout.

Delivery estimates

  • Standard (US): 3 to 6 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.
  • Estimates are not guarantees and may vary with carrier conditions.

Tracking your order
