Try dos risk-free for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your purchase, even if the pack is opened.
Email info@takedos.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will confirm next steps within 1 to 2 business days. You don't need to ship opened packs back unless we ask.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Subscriptions always ship free within the United States. One-time orders qualify for free standard shipping; smaller add-on orders may show a calculated rate at checkout.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking link. Subscription shipments include tracking each cycle.
Your subscription ships on the schedule you chose. We'll email you before each renewal so you can skip, swap flavors, or update your address in time.
