Electrical Uptake Protocol

Electrolytes are called electrolytes for a reason.

Dissolved in water, these minerals carry an electrical charge. Your body runs on that charge. Sodium and potassium fire the electrical signals your nerves and brain run on every second. Here's what each one in a dos stick is doing, and how much of it you're getting.

Sodium: 585mg

The one you've been told to fear, and the one hydration can't work without. Electrolytes decide how much water moves into your cells and how much you keep, and sodium leads that job. Ours comes from pink Himalayan salt, not table salt.

Potassium: 200mg

Sodium's partner. Where sodium goes, potassium works alongside it. We use potassium citrate over potassium chloride.

Magnesium: 60mg

Magnesium and potassium keep muscles contracting and relaxing smoothly, which helps fend off cramps. We chose magnesium glycinate over the cheaper oxide.

B6 and B12: 2mg and 100mcg

Steady hydration plus B vitamins supports even energy and mental clarity through the day. B12 comes as methylcobalamin. B6 is in its active form, at 2mg. That number is lower than it used to be. Customers told us our B6 was too high to take every day, so we stopped production, reformulated and reprinted every pack. It cost us. It was the right call.

Why every mg is on the label

Most powders hide their doses inside a "proprietary blend." That makes it impossible to know what you're drinking. We print every milligram, because precision only means something if you can check it.

The protocol

  • Morning: one stick in about 16oz of water, before the coffee.
  • Training days: one stick before or after you sweat.
  • Travel days: one stick at the gate.

One to two sticks a day is typical. Zero sugar and 5 calories each, so it fits any of those moments.
